Usage information may include information such as the date and time you access a product, and the memory, CPU, and network usage of the product. 

Logging information may include actions taken when using the product such as options selected or values entered.

  2. Third-party ads measurement providers who help me and advertisers measure the performance of ads.

• To enforce my rights and promote safety and security. I may share information if I believe your actions are inconsistent with Data Dot Plus terms and policies, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of Data Dot Plus, myself, and others.

• For business transfers. I may share or transfer your personal information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of Data Dot Plus assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of my business to another company.

Protection

I take measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. For example, I  use HTTPS while information is being transmitted.

I store the information we collect for as long as it is necessary for the purpose(s) for which we originally collected it. I will retain and use your personal data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if I am required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

International data transfers

Data Dot Plus is based in the United States and I process and store information on servers located in the United States. I may store information on servers and equipment in other countries depending on a variety of factors, including the locations of my service providers. By accessing or using this website or otherwise providing information to me, you consent to the processing, transfer, and storage of information in and to the United States and other countries, where you may not have the same rights as you do under local law.

I will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your personal data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information.

Children

Children under the age of 13 are not allowed to use these products. Additionally, if you are located outside the United States, you must be over the age required by the laws of your country to create an account or otherwise use the products, or we need to have obtained verifiable consent from your parent or legal guardian.

Changes to this policy

I may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If I do, I will let you know by revising the date at the top of the policy. If the changes, in my sole discretion, are material, I may also notify you by sending an email to you (if you have chosen to provide an email address) or by otherwise providing notice through my products. I  encourage you to review the Privacy Policy regularly to stay informed about my information practices and the ways you can help protect your privacy. By continuing to use my products after Privacy Policy changes go into effect, you agree to be bound by the revised policy.
